The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station and a main tourist attraction. the breakfast selection was decent and included in the price. the room and bed were spacious and comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. the bathroom was dirty and the shower was not functioning properly.

Yenikapi and many other tourist places were near the hotel. Beyoglu neighbourhood deserves to be explored

The hotel provides easy access to transport, with several tram and bus stops located within a short walk. Despite being located in a busy area, there is little noise heard within the room. the service is commendable and the room is spacious and clean.
The breakfast offered could be improved with more variety to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable rooms, which provided basic amenities such as clean beddings and towels. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was situated a few steps away from a tram station that led to major tourist attractions. it was easy to find nearby restaurants and shops that satisfied my cravings for local cuisine and souvenirs.
The neighborhood was quite busy, and there was a bit of noise from the streets. Although some staff members were friendly, communicating in English with most of them was quite challenging.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was big, quiet, and clean, making it a comfortable stay for us. We liked the location of this hotel as it was close to public transportation and easy to get around the city. Additionally, we enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of food options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Cannot find any fault with this hotel. From our experience, everything was exceptional.
